- Must have experience
- Competitive pay rate of $20.00/hr
- First Shift, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- Overtime hours available

What you'll do as a Facility Maintenance Specialist:
- Perform maintenance and simple repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, and custodial
- Conduct routine and long-term preventative maintenance on building and equipment systems
- Maintaining the schedule of required maintenance and inspection of building equipment and systems
- Operate equipment to perform needed repairs and maintenance duties, including forklifts, sweeper scrubbers, and pallet jacks.
The preferred candidate might:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience in facilities maintenance or repair work
- Comfortable working in unregulated temperatures both indoors and outdoors
- Be prepared to complete a forklift training program
